The General Session was brought to you by the Oregon Chapter of MPI. The special presentation featured BJ Eaden from ID Teli, and Sgt. Brian Parman from the Portland Police Bureau. These two event professionals spoke about the almost 10 million Americans who were victims of identity theft last year, and how event professionals can help secure their event and attendee information against these predetors

BRAVO! LIVE: It's All In The Details
Attendees got to see the Bravo! Event Guide come to life at the 12th annual Showcase of the Hospitality and Meeting Industry. As the largest show of its kind in the Pacific Northwest, the 12th annual showcase collected the top area businesses in the event industry into one location and invited an audience of more than 2,500 attendees to this one-day event.

Just like the top event planners navigate through the Bravo! Event Guide by section – they were guided through the Bravo! Showcase. From the catering village, featuring Oregon's top caterers, to Venue Row, where event planners can compare side-to-side all of the beautiful venues in the Pacific NW – event planners will wander through each "village" of the showcase as if they were reading each "section" of the Bravo! Event Guide.
